Injection Mould Coil Heater

The basic construction of these heaters consist of compacted MgO, high temperature resistance wire and Chrome Nickel Steel tube. These heaters can be constructed with or without built in thermocouples.

They are usually installed where space available for heating is limited and are widely used on hot runner nozzles, and manifolds, die cast nozzles, packaging machines.

1. Various sizes of cross section for your choice, including 4.2x2.2mm, 4x2mm, 3.3x3.3mm, 3x3mm, 2.5mm, 2.0mm, 1.8mm, 1.5mm, and other specificaiton

2. Power density reaches 20 w/cm square

4. High temperature lead wire and stainless steel shield provided, with sleeving protection
