Description:
Cartridge heater is made of single head, electric heating tube to tube is to protect the shell (including not only the head of the stainless steel electric heating tube, copper pipe, all kinds of imported steel), along the central axis uniform spiral tube of high quality electric thermal bonding wire, nickel chromium wire, iron chromium alloy fever), and then fill the gap part closely with good heat resistance, thermal conductivity and the crystallization of the insulation of magnesia powder, with silicone seal on both ends of the pipe, in the other process.
Specification:
A.Nickel chromium resistance wire ensures even, efficient distribution of heat to sheath.
B.Magnesium oxide insulation of specific grain and purity results in high dielectric strength and faster heat-up.
C.According to different use requirements,choose the grade of heating wire,magnesium rod and
pipe.
D.Do not pull or bend the wire forciby.
E.The vicinty of the wire should be controlled below 220℃.
